Please read these terms and conditions before you proceed with any orders.
1. First come first serve basis.
2. Items are 100% in new and good condition.
3. Items sold are not refundable & exchangeable.
4. No back out buyers.
5. We only use CIMB and Bank Islam.
6. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an e-mail to cancel the order. You will not be blacklisted then. :)
7. Payment must be made within 24 hours after our confirmation email.
8. IMPORTANT! Items will only be reserved for 24 hours after we have sent the invoice, items may be released to any asking customers after 24 hours if payment has not been completed.
9. Send us your bank receipt via e-mail as proof of payment (examples: by taking a picture/ scanning/ print screen the bank receipt). If the transaction proof is not sent, please expect a delay in sending your items.
10. We are not responsible for any lost or damages in the mail.
11. Colours might differ slightly due to lighting and different screen. Therefore, the actual colour of the products will be stated.
12. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email and notify us.
